Myat is with IGT since 20 December 2014 and he has outstanding performance in controlling, delivering remote site and achieving the rollout targets in Mon region. Myat is also well follow company policies & procedures. Excellent team work and communication within cross functional teams as well as to SAQ, BP & CSR team and shown professional ethic while communicate with locals villagers.

We are very pleased to congratulate Mr. Sai Wunna (State Liaison Manager) for being selected as Employee of the Month for March 2016. Sai is with IGT since 18 August 2015 and he has outstanding performance in issues/conflict resolution, well handle on community engagement activities & initiation, working closely and built up relationship with client, supporting efficiently in rollout operation, O & M activities, dealing with ethnic groups (KNU) and leading SLO team and motivated to others. Employee of the Month for February 2016
We are happy to announce that Mr. Kyaw Zwa Aung (Cluster Manager) for being selected as Employee of the Month for February 2016. Kyaw Zwa is with IGT since 30 July 2014 and he has excellent behavior at work with fellow colleagues, contractors and local authorities, successfully delivery (on time/budget) of remote projects in difficult ethnic area/Kachin state, excellent communications with clients, communities, and excellent internal & external communication in a professional manner. Irrawaddy Green Towers Management have exerted extra effort to reach out all Stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Roll-Out Project to full compliance to QHSE Policy.
With this mandate, QHSE Department from IGT have conducted extensive QHSE Training Programme throughout the country to all its office based personnel and site based personnel including personnel from its sub-contractors and vendors. This responsibility that Irrawaddy Green Towers have engage to, and still continuously implementing in the ground is align to company’s vision to instill SAFETY CULTURE within Myanmar.

Anti-Corruption Awareness Training for Session-Three (Third-Session)
IGT did a training for session three of anti-corruption as part of our ongoing CSR program. The trainings were done during on 25,26, 27, and 28, April 2017
It was a one day training for around 30 participants for each day.
Altogether (119) staffs, both locals and expats attended the trainings.
Due to the heavy workload of the employees, training session was limited to one day.
During these one day sessions, a lot of information was disbursed to the participants.

|Trainer:||U Aung Min, Senior Trainer and Consultant, Human Resources and Development|
|Language:||The training was delivered in Myanmar and English|
|Objective:||The purpose of this course was to raise among the leaders and personal of the company about the dangers of corruption, and to subsequently provide practical methods for defending against and dealing with corruption’s influences and effects.|
|Training Evaluation:||At the end of the training session the participants were evaluated by using the anonymous questionnaires form to write down their comments. The participant’s comments expressed that most participants were very satisfied with the training.|
|Action Plans:||At the end of training, the respective groups wrote down their action plans what they will do when they come back to the workplace to fight against corruption. The plans were very positive.|
|Impact:||The trainings clearly provided the positive impact towards the eradication of corruption in the work place.|
