Myat joined with IGT since 13 July 2015 and contribution towards achieving on time delivery of sites in Ayeyarwaddy Delta cluster, excellent teamwork spirit and show positive attitude and professional behavior within team as well as with local authorities, a willingness to take initiative, accept and carry out additional responsibilities beyond regular job assignments, well follow company policies & fully comply and educated to sub-vendors to comply company’s QHSE policies.

Employee of the Month_May 2017
We are very pleased to congratulate Mr. Kyaw Soe Win (Field Supervisor) for being selected as Employee of the Month for May 2017.
Kyaw joined with IGT since 16 June 2014 and he can handle wide area of South and KNLP area with less supervision and with positive result. He is flexible in handling SAQ issues, Colocation, CW and other related task assigned to him. He observes and follows company policies and procedures. He works well with other department and client representative. He can also speak well with local government people in resolving issues.

Employee of the Month_November 2016
We am very pleased to congratulate Mr. Wai Phyo Aung(Field Supervisor) for being selected as Employee of the Month for November 2016.
Wai joined with IGT since 10 Mar 2016 and he has achievement for getting/challenging sites in Bago region by carried out site hunting to RFI to O&M handover, public hearing, negotiating, communicating with local communities as well as government administrative offices, completed sites in stipulated time and settled all day to day basis issues, well-disciplined and always follow the company policies.

Irrawaddy Green Towers Management have exerted extra effort to reach out all Stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Roll-Out Project to full compliance to QHSE Policy.
With this mandate, QHSE Department from IGT have conducted extensive QHSE Training Programme throughout the country to all its office based personnel and site based personnel including personnel from its sub-contractors and vendors. This responsibility that Irrawaddy Green Towers have engage to, and still continuously implementing in the ground is align to company’s vision to instill SAFETY CULTURE within Myanmar.

|Impact:||The workshop was very first opportunity for participants to learn disability inclusion. However, it can be very positive support for employee with PWDs and disability inclusive policy for IGT in future. It will have impact for PWD introduction into IGT workforce.|
