Wanna joined with IGT since 12 August 2016 and Wanna has performed the assigned duty due diligently for rollout sites delivery at challenging remote conflict area, worked tireless and consistent in very difficult conflict sites in North Rakhine, complying in accordance with the set out disciplines, guidelines and given instructions, dedicated hard works towards IGT, a good team player with willing to learn attitude and well follow company policies & procedures.

Employee of the Month_September 2017
We are very pleased to congratulate Mr. Aung Swe Myint (Field Supervisor) for being selected as Employee of the Month for September 2017.
Aung joined with IGT since 10 June 2016 and Aung has performed independently for all Rollout related activities in Kachin & Magway, sites delivers within the planned schedule with good QHSE records, coordination with O&M team and resolved site blockage issues, understanding well on the company’s set out procedures and SOP, timely feedback with daily site report submission, positive dedication at work and good team player with willing to contribute attitude.

We are very pleased to congratulate Ms. Ciin Lam Mann (CSR Administrator) for being selected as Employee of the Month for August 2017.
Ciin joined with IGT since 10th Sep 2016 and she always has a clear focus for IGT CSR work. She is flexible, team player and complies strongly with company guidelines. She observes and follows company policies and procedures. She works well as always cheerful and leader for team building.

Irrawaddy Green Towers Management have exerted extra effort to reach out all Stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Roll-Out Project to full compliance to QHSE Policy.

This responsibility that Irrawaddy Green Towers have engage to, and still continuously implementing in the ground is align to company’s vision to instill SAFETY CULTURE within Myanmar.

Disability Inclusion Workshop

|Impact:||The workshop was very first opportunity for participants to learn disability inclusion. However, it can be very positive support for employee with PWDs and disability inclusive policy for IGT in future. It will have impact for PWD introduction into IGT workforce.|
